JOB SUMMARY:
Using excellent customer service skills, answer calls from both Guests and Team Members. Collect details regarding the issues and dispatch our Engineering team utilizing our computer-based program in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Answer incoming calls concerning maintenance and repairs needed Input call details into the computer utilizing our computer-based program Assign work orders through our computer-based program in a timely manner Effectively communicate details of work orders and follow up through to completion Monitor alarm system and effectively report alarms and areas as they appear Maintain dispatch log of all activities performed throughout the day Notify Supervisors of parts and inventory needs Ensure customer satisfaction Follow lawful direction from Upper Management Understand and follow work and safety rules and procedures Interact well with others and be a positive influence on Team Member morale Responsible for adhering to all company and departmental policies and standards Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience with two-way radios and multi-line phones Working knowledge of Windows based computer systems Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information Must be flexible, detail oriented, able to prioritize and able to multi-task effectively Must be able to work in a fast paced, changing environment with multiple distractions and meet timelines Must uphold appearance standards Ability to problem solve and strategize for better solutions Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School graduate or equivalent Must be 21+ years old One (1) year experience, preferably in a Hotel/Casino environment PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling and grasping. These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area. Constant contact with fellow team members Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time DISCLAIMER:
