Candidate will join a dynamic team supporting client operations including Tier 1/2 production support, executing software releases through soliciting business requirements and system testing, leading tasks to upgrade client's version of Momentum, and implementation of required federal initiatives. Specific functions will include but are not limited to supporting delivery operations and system upgrades, assisting with error resolution and troubleshooting, performing data reconciliation, providing financial management guidance, and working with team members with a diverse set of experience levels and skillsets. This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Your future duties and responsibilities: -Serving as the team's subject matter expert in federal financial management providing consultative advice and guidance to our customers -Support End-Users: Provide quality client support by answering questions, identifying possible solutions to issues, documenting resolutions, and communicating guidance to end users. -Perform In-Depth Analysis: Use your federal financial expertise to better understand the business needs of our client, troubleshoot challenging solutions that include software issues, data issues, maintenance, and system configuration -Gather requirements (business, functional and technical) using collaborative, face-to-face workshops with the customers, stakeholders and the development team -Perform business process reviews by reviewing current processes and mapping them to future state ("to be") processes -Participate in client stakeholder meetings -Develop and update system designs and training documentation -Support testing activities including developing test cases and executing testing -Recommend functional areas where training materials should be developed and/or updated. -Deliver in-person or virtual training classes as required -Provide functional support to analyze and resolve batch processing errors. -Provide functional support to analyze and resolve enterprise system integration errors. -Assist with developing Momentum system posting model recommendations following Treasury's United States Standard General Ledger (USSGL) guidelines. -Support general ledger analysis and reconciliation by identifying transactional issues and recommending solutions. -Support Government wide Treasury Account Symbol (GTAS) and financial statement reporting, including analyzing issues, reviewing Momentum system configuration (including posting models), and recommending changes. -Proactively identify business opportunities that enhance client outcomes and market-leading innovations and solutions that can support client mission -Build strong consulting skills and relevant domain knowledge to provide strong client connection and impact

Required qualifications to be successful in this role: - 10+ years of relevant experience with Federal Financials and Financial ERP systems - Financial and accounting software implementation experience as systems integrator or user of the system (e.g. assessing change impact, configuration, workflows, data reconciliation) - Knowledge of SQL - Affinity for mentorship of junior members of the team to coach, peer review and assist with learning client business processes - Experience and comfort facilitating meetings, training sessions, and group presentations - Strong analytical problem-solving skills - Stong oral and written communication skills -Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments and priorities. -Ability to work under deadlines and productively in a dynamically changing environment. Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required: - Experience with the CGI's proprietary ERP system, Momentum CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $69,700.00 - $169,700.00.
