What's the Job?

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure that all projects are executed according to established standards and methodologies.Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams. Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively.Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure compliance with banking regulations.Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives. Facilitate collaboration among team members and ensure clear communication of roles and responsibilities.Oversee project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the banking or financial services industry. Proven track record of managing complex projects successfully.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) as well as traditional project management frameworks (PMBOK).Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
