Guidewire QA Team Lead Location : Regional opportunity in the Central or Southeastern United States with a hybrid schedule
Description: We are seeking a dynamic Guidewire QA Team Lead to oversee quality assurance for Guidewire systems, including policy, billing, and claims modules. This role involves developing test plans, coordinating testing efforts, and ensuring system enhancements meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system changes and maintain seamless operations.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with business users to understand processes and test system changes. Review specifications and oversee documentation for development and enhancement efforts. Coordinate testing efforts, including creating test plans, schedules, and executing test cases. Provide user support, training, and documentation for system maintenance. Conduct quality assurance testing and post-production implementation testing. Monitor daily migrations and analyze production issues from a business perspective. Support the use of policy, claims, and billing systems, participating in command center activities.
Required Skills: Guidewire certification (ACE preferred). Experience with Guidewire Insurance Suite, including policy, billing, and claims modules. Technical proficiency in data flows across complex, integrated systems. Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines. Minimum of 3 years of Guidewire testing experience. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira).
Desired Skills: Leadership experience in team coordination and project management. Proven ability to work with global teams and manage time effectively.
