Doctors of Physical Therapy On-site is looking for a

part time Physical Therapist

or

Occupational Therapist

to partner with a leading American manufacturer in a state-of-the-art industrial setting in Othello, WA. Focus is on injury prevention, ergonomics and wellness programming. DPT has helped keep thousands of workers safe from injury by providing innovative solutions in the field of environmental health and safety. We offer thorough onboarding, training, and mentorship.

Responsibilities:

Make recommendations for proper body mechanics and workstyles Provide new employee injury prevention education Perform ergonomic assessments Walk the production space and interact with employees Perform injury screens and provide first aid Roll out pre-shift warm up exercise program Partner with industrial client's management team Requirements

Skills

Proven work experience as a physical/occupational therapist Intensive education and clinical expertise Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities Current knowledge of treatment practices Drive to continually learn and grow Professional behavior Excellent interpersonal communication skills Valid license to practice physical/occupational therapy Graduate degree or greater in physical/occupational therapy License/Certification
