Document Control Specialist!

Your work environment at EXPIn this role, you will be a part of the Transportation team, for the Rome GA office

What a day at EXP has in store for youCoordinates the printing and distribution process for engineering drawings and documentsPerforms basic system maintenance and access requestsMaintain a computer database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documentsOrganize and set up new projects with approved directories with appropriate security levelsWork with Project Managers to structure document and submittal logs with the proper reviewers/approvers and due datesMonitor and follow up on past due documents and submittal deliverablesCompile documents for submission to ClientWhat your experience looks like

Bachelor's degreeMinimum 10 years experience working engineering or construction projectsExperience with GDOT and Transportation focused projects preferredAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationshipsExperience with Document Management softwareExperience working with MS Excel and other office productsAbility to perform assigned responsibilities with minimal to moderate supervisionAbility to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously
