Job Title: Senior Recruiting CoordinatorLocation: Johnston, RIWork Schedule: Monday - Friday; Hybrid scheduled - Monday, Wednesday & Thursday in office and Tuesdays & Fridays working from home.
Description:
The Senior Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for providing consistent administrative support to the Recruiting Team. In this position, you will complete actions within established service level agreements with accuracy. The selected incumbent will have to gain an understanding of the recruiting end to end process; including variances that may exist within business lines and the recruiting tools and systems. This role will develop positive relationships with candidates, recruiters and our business line partner in order to provide an efficient and positive recruiting experience.
Responsibilities:• Schedule interviews which may include one to one or several interviewers from entry to senior level positions, reserve conference rooms, set up video conferences, arrange and communicate travel schedules, process expense reimbursements, and build itineraries and communications.• Complete pre-employment screening actions which includes identifying when it is required and submitting accurate cases, helping candidates and ensure actions are completed timely, following up with recruiters and business line partners to provide case completion status.• Confirm start dates with candidates and hiring manager to initiate hire and pre-onboarding actions while offering a smooth transition to the Human Resources Shared Services team for new hire support.• Assist with formatting and posting job descriptions in the recruiting tool.• Provide quality check or support to recruiters with offer letter creation process.• Provide support and assistance where applicable to complete actions in the recruiting applicant tracking system (Oracle Recruiting Cloud) such as applying and completing online offer acceptance while raising issues and trends appropriately.• Provide outstanding customer service and demonstrate problem solving ability when assisting candidates, recruiting, hiring managers and other partners with scheduling interviews and other recruiting support functions.• Embed risk management by behaving according to the principles of client policies, encouraging behavior is consistent with a safe & sound risk culture, fair treatment of customers and our regulatory obligations.• Support administrative or business line specific actions to support our recruiting process• Complete daily Recruiting Administration tasks, when applicable.• Participate in projects and identify process improvements and solutions to issues, as applicable.
Required Qualifications:• 3-5 years administrative or relevant work experience.• 2 years customer service experience.• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.• Excellent attention to detail with demonstrable ability to prioritize tasks and complete assigned work accurately and timely.• Strong follow up, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.• Ability to be flexible while working in a team environment as well as independently.
Preferred:• Validated understanding of Oracle Recruiting Cloud or similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS).• Interview scheduling experience.
Education:• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.• Associate or bachelor's degree, preferred.
