Position Responsibilities:
Spearhead the planning and performance initiatives that shape the Commercial and Revenue Growth Management strategy, coordinating annual top-line projections, performance tracking for RGM and Sales teams, and leading the development of processes and analytical tools to support the achievement of the annual business plan Establish best-in-class processes to manage data integrity within enterprise tools and data management systems Utilize the best advanced analytical approaches, tools, and technologies to synthesize data and develop critical insights and recommendations to influence decision processes and meet business needs Create, validate, and disseminate weekly performance reports, management tools and scorecards focused on providing timely visibility to business performance. Manage the effective execution of topline financial planning process and advanced analytics projects and activities to develop short- and long-term business plan projections Provide client-focused support for all annual planning, forecasting and reporting for stakeholders across multiple functions within the organization, North America Operating Unit (NAOU) and brand partners through various processes to build and refine annual revenue growth targets and forecasts Travel up to 15% of the time Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 8 plus years of experience in sales, finance, revenue growth management, a statistical or advanced analytics related discipline with expertise in customer planning and 4 plus years of people leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 11 plus years of the above stated experience and 5 plus years of people leadership experience Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's Degree or Certified Public Accountant Expert proficiency in Alteryx, Microsoft Excel, R, Python, SQL, SPSS or similar applications
