Physical Therapist
for our Home Health division to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting. This role is essential in fostering a positive rehabilitative environment for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgeries. As a Physical Therapist in home health, you will evaluate each patient's physical condition, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions aimed at maximizing each patient's independence and quality of life. Master's degree in physical therapy1 year of home health experience as a physical therapistCurrently licensed to practice as a physical therapist within the state of agency operation and compliant with accepted professional standards and practicesMust possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical roleMust be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
