Description of Duties:

The

Program Analyst

supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will analyze data, assess program effectiveness, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.

One position is on the Enterprise Engineering Services Team and one is on the Mission Protection Services Team. As a Program Analyst, some of your typical work assignments may include:

• Conducting data analysis to evaluate program performance and outcomes.

• Developing reports and presentations for stakeholders.

• Providing recommendations based on research and analysis.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement program improvements.

• Monitoring and tracking program metrics and key performance indicators.

• Assist with documenting, decomposing, and deriving requirements and creating acceptance criteria and verification methodology.

• This position will be filled at Schriever SFB and Colorado Springs, CO. The Program Management & Integration directorate uses a hybrid work model, with select days in the office (either the Amentum corporate building or at Schriever Space Force Base).

Job Requirements

Basic Requirements:

Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 12 years of general experience; Associate's degree and 10 years of general experience; Bachelor's degree and 8 years of general experience; Master's degree and 6 years of general experience

• 7 years of direct experience in program analysis or project management.

• Must have one year of experience in a management or leadership role.

• Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Management and organizational skills to include project coordination, time management, and resource allocation.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Project).

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Management Information Systems, Education, or any field from an accredited university

• Have experience with digital engineering and model-based systems engineering (MBSE).

• Systems engineering, and/or configuration/change management experience.

• Have a relevant professional certification.

• Have agile project management experience and/or certification(s).

• Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, R, SPSS) to problem solve.

• Understanding of audits and/or inspections.

• Experience with plans and exercises, readiness assessments, or comparable experience.

• Familiarity with the DoD test community and/or test concepts.

• Knowledge of the Missile Defense Agency, the Missile Defense System, affiliated Space Systems, or the MDA Integration and Operations Center (MDIOC).

This position is expected to pay

$104,000 - $129,000

annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
