How You'll Make an Impact:
- Evaluate, design, and lead execution of various training programs for store operations teams ensuring programs are tailored to address specific challenges; both operational and professional skills to benefit all facets of work
- Ensure effective delivery of training programs through e-learning, and on-the-job training
- Hire, manage, and mentor a team of training leaders, field trainers and content creators to support overall learning and development strategy
- Conduct needs analysis and determine appropriate path all field training materials align with the company mission, culture and goals
- Establish metrics and evaluation processes to assess the impact of training initiatives, identify skill gaps, and make informed decisions for continuous improvement
- Partner closely with store leadership teams to ensure field training initiatives are aligned with business goals and growth
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure our L&D initiatives remain innovative and effective
- Oversee tech stack for training needs; serve as member of internal committees to support ongoing training needs and reporting
- 5+ years of leadership experience driving strategy and execution in learning and development; retail or quick service restaurant training experience preferred
- Experience leading large-scale training rollouts with demonstrated success in driving sales performance through education
- Knowledge of instructional design and training assessment process
- Proven ability to analyze challenges and develop effective training solutions that address specific needs and drive results
- Strategic thinking to align training initiatives with broader organizational goals, anticipating future needs and trends
- Strong Technical aptitude; comfort with data, systems, and applications
- Strong communication skills to convey ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and training technologies
