As a Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO), they take pride in our cutting-edge technology, customer-focused approach, and commitment to excellence.Job DescriptionThe CNC Process Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:Develop, validate, and optimize CNC machining processes for medical device components, ensuring accuracy, repeatability, and efficiency.Create and modify CNC programs, select cutting tools, and define process parameters to achieve tight tolerances and superior surface finishes.Collaborate with the quality team to implement and maintain rigorous quality standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA requirements).Analyze and resolve technical issues in machining processes, minimizing downtime and improving reliability.Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve process capabilities using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.Partner with design, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless transition from development to full-scale manufacturing.Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), process flow diagrams, and validation reports.Provide technical support and training to CNC operators and other team members.Apply today for immediate consideration!
