Title of Job: Remote HEDIS Business Analyst Location: REMOTE (anywhere in the US) CSI Companies is hiring a Remote HEDIS Business Analyst for our Fortune 100 healthcare client in Minnetonka, MN. This job can be worked from anywhere in the US as long as you have high speed internet and a distraction-free home office area. Job Summary The Remote HEDIS Business Analyst is primarily responsible for securing and managing requirements for Medicaid HEDIS operations, directly supporting Pay-for-Performance (P4P) incentives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, particularly in areas such as HEDIS, provider data, claims data, or Medicare/Medicaid, and demonstrate expertise in business analysis and SQL. Effective Date / Tentative Start Date: Interviewing Immediately Job Duties: Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for Medicaid HEDIS operations Create detailed documentation outlining business needs, ensuring clarity and accuracy for development teams Communicate business requirements to technical developers, providing necessary context and addressing questions to ensure accurate implementation Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing plans to validate that solutions meet the specified business requirements and perform as expected Prepare documentation and present findings to secure formal business approval for proposed solutions or completed work Organize and update documentation, including meeting notes, requirement changes, and testing outcomes, to ensure project records are comprehensive and up to date Requirements Bachelor's Degree or higher 3-5 years of SQL experience 3-5 years of experience in business requirement documentation 3-5 years of healthcare experience with a focus on HEDIS, provider data, claims data, or Medicare/Medicaid A reliable high-speed internet connection (the faster the better!) Ability to pass a background check and drug test Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace in a room with a closed-door Highly Preferred Large corporation experience Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experience Experience with Medicaid quality measures or Medicare STARs programs Familiarity with Snowflake or similar data platforms WHO SHOULD APPLY?
