Texoma FC is a United Soccer league expansion team kicking off March of 2025. Texoma FC is the first professional sports team in the fast growing community and we are looking to hire a Content Creator/Social Media Coordinator.Job Description:The Content Creator/Social Media Coordinator will assist in all content development and fan/community engagement activities across the club including but not limited to the club's website, social media, mobile application, e-commerce platform and e-mail communication. In addition to the above, he/she will be responsible for managing social media marketing programs, driving revenue via ticket sales, sponsorship and merchandise sales and increasing the size of social audiences across platforms. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, creative idea generator and digital marketing and sports/entertainment enthusiast.He/she must be comfortable working outside of traditional business hours for games and events. Responsibilities: Create graphics and video content to be used for game production on the video scoreboard and video walls.Develop marketing strategies and content to fulfill marketing objectivesDevelop marketing email campaigns and collateral while working with Ticketing, Corporate Partnerships, and Consumer Product to ensure appropriate Calls-to-Action to drive revenue Create engaging graphics for the team's website, social media platforms, mobile app, and marketing emailsProduce in-house marketing materialsCoordinate with local media outlets to fulfill ad campaignsDevelop engaging video content with players, coaches, staff and fansMaintain an organized marketing campaign for each game and eventManage the team's social media platforms, mobile app and websiteAssist in the creation of game production scriptsDevelop and implement marketing programs across all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Vine, Pinterest, YouTube, FourSquare, Snapchat, and more) in collaboration with the Director of MarketingDrive revenue via social media platforms (ticket sales, merchandise sales and sponsorship);Manage day-to-day communications across team/stadium social media channels utilizing team/brand voice;Create and manage social media content calendars; Work with multiple departments to support the brand and varied timely initiatives on social media;Work games and events and provide real-time social media updates;;Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports and analytics on all social media platforms;Identify and interpret social media trends for brand benefitRequired Experience and Knowledge: At least 2-3 years' experience in social media/marketing (sports/entertainment/brand experience preferred)Must be extremely familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Vine, Snapchat, etc.)Must be familiar with social reporting tools- specifically, the ability to pull reports, analyze data, and leverage the information to drive subsequent campaignsMust have strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointExperience with Photoshop is preferredMust possess a maniacal attention to detailMust have with the ability to manage one's own time and prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectivesMust have strong communication skills: must be comfortable with engaging in a variety of different communicative modes (verbal, non-verbal, and written) and being attuned to others through strong active listening skillsMust be able to identify problems, their sources, and their potential solutions while continuing to successfully conduct day-to-day operations without interruption;Must have good decision-making skills, demonstrate sound judgment and interpersonal skills;Must have the ability to maintain an impeccable professional appearance;Must be able to maintain confidentiality and use upmost discretion when privy to sensitive information;Must have truly outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills;Must be self-directed and able to work independently, while also flourishing in a fast-paced collaborative team environmentMust be flexible & a reliable team player, both within own department and within the company as a whole.Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.Commitment to excellence at to perform duties at the highest level possible on a consistent basis.Demonstrate strategic thinking skills and personal accountabilityPositive attitude and desire to be successful while having fun within a professional and team-oriented environmentKnowledge of sports, sports marketing and sports social media content are definite assetsWork well in a team environment and ability to collaborate with othersExcellent writing, communication and interpersonal skillsCoachable and eager to learnReliable transportation is essentialWork experience in graphic design and marketingWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.Job Questions:If all things were to be aligned, what is your expected compensation?If all things were to be aligned, how quickly could you relocate?Are you willing to work outside of normal office hours for game-day, events, sales opportunities, etc.?How many years of professional digital marketing, content creation, editorial experience and/or social media experience do you currently have?Do you have prior digital marketing, content creation, editorialexperience and/or Social media experience with a team, league, or agency?
