Role Overview :

As a Paid Specialist, you will be our in-house expert in creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align our paid media efforts with our broader marketing objectives. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns are data-driven, budget-optimized, and continuously refined to generate the best possible ROI. You will also work with outside agencies with partner with.

Key Responsibilities : Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize paid search and social media campaigns. Strategy Development: Define target audience, keywords, and bidding strategies to maximize conversions and minimize CPA. Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities and refine ad targeting. Ad Creation: Write and design ad copy and creatives that align with brand messaging and marketing objectives. Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, including key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. A/B Testing: Implement and assess A/B tests on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to improve campaign performance. Budget Management: Allocate and adjust budgets based on campaign performance and optimization needs. Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor ads and strategies to stay competitive. Collaboration: Work closely with agencies, SEO, content, and social media teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred). 2-4 years of experience managing paid search and social media campaigns. Proficiency in Google Ads, Local Service Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook Ads Manager, and other ad platforms. Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
