Night positions do not rotate. Rotation frequency is low.- Strong telemetry experience required, including the ability to interpret Telemetry strips.- Excellent nursing assessment skills and comprehensive knowledge of medication safety and administration required.- Typical clinician-to-patient ratio: RN with a Patient Care Assistant typically has 4/5 patients. RN working alone has 3 patients.- The patient population includes medical and low-risk cardiac cases.- Utilize the EMR system, EPIC, for all charting and documentation.
