Koddi is a fast-growing technology company looking for people who are passionate self-starters. We are searching for an Account Director to lead a team of account managers and digital marketing analysts to strategize and plan for our enterprise travel clients.
As an Account Director, you will own the client relationship and will be responsible for ensuring their success by understanding their needs and driving strategic, high impact growth. You will be responsible for partnering with premier travel brands to create data-based, automated solutions to achieve their greater business objectives. You will leverage our industry-leading technology to manage large scale digital marketing campaigns and examine trends to provide valuable and actionable insights to our clients. This role is key in creating and building team and company culture and owning strategic internal projects and initiatives.
What you will do
In charge of owning the client level P&L, leading organizationally within Koddi's client strategy departmentOwn the customer relationship, understand their needs and drive growthDefine, refine, and communicate client strategyDrive client growth, specifically with new opportunities from new or existing publishers and products with heavy emphasis on automationProvide strategic insights on client calls with exceptional storytelling at all levelsManage the a multi-disciplinary team of digital marketing analysts (performance) and account managers (support) and be responsible for their development and career growthConfirm progress and completion of high-level and strategic projectsMaintain strong relationships with publishing partners, including ownership of touch bases, regular visits, and feedback on productsDevelop and execute testing initiatives, including exceptional analytical skills to measure the success and impact of those initiativesOversee the development of quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for clients, including coaching presentations and leading key conversationsAssist with new client onboarding and sales pitches as neededContribute to team knowledge by researching and sharing info on the industry, competitors, and solutionsShare best practices internallyWork closely with product and technology to help improve platform experience for our clients and users, collaborating on product roadmapping and progressWhat skills and experience you bring
8+ years of experience (or related coursework)3+ years of management experienceProven experience of managing enterprise grade relationships and accounts with track record for consistent growth in revenueExperience in metasearch or paid search and displayAdvanced analytical skill set including the ability to mine data for trends and communicate opportunities effectively with data and visualsStrong management of multipoint communication, with impeccable written, verbal, and interpersonal skillsRepresentation for Koddi at industry events and meetingsAbility to work effectively in both independent and team environments
