Hillcrest HealthCare System (HHS) is comprised of three hospitals in Tulsa and five regional hospitals, including Hillcrest Medical Center, Hillcrest Hospital South, Tulsa Spine & Specialty Hospital, Hillcrest Hospital Claremore, Hillcrest Hospital Cushing, Hillcrest Hospital Henryetta, Hillcrest Hospital Pryor, Bailey Medical Center of Owasso. Hillcrest also provides comprehensive primary and specialty care services through Utica Park Clinic and Oklahoma Heart Institute. Responsibilities
The Clinical Informatics Analyst will assist in the deployment of clinical information systems for all clients throughout the organization as necessary and develops/implements the necessary technical training and support to end users. You will assist with the development of policy and procedures necessary to operating applicable systems. You will also participate in, support and may lead training classes when warranted for ongoing projects.
Keeps management informed of staff levels skill with applications. Provides support and enables application and systems design standardization of physician, medication management, and clinical documentation and workflow Supports the Information Technology Team, Clinical Operations, and the Clinical representatives/leaders from the affected markets to ensure changes and needs are coordinated effectively and timely. Maintain liaison with representative professional organizations and electronic data processing equipment manufacturers to exchange information on procedures and work methods; evaluate new facilities for application and implementation of a standardized hospital computer systems and programs as required. Prioritize requests to ensure the organizational needs are met in coordination with the various market and organizational leaders. Executes assigned project tasks in accordance with project schedule. Consistently delivers high-quality services to business stakeholders. Demonstrate the ability to identify, resolve, and escalate situations as they occur to ensure appropriate resolutions to the situation and openly communicate with the various stakeholders. Develop and maintain of overall principles for safe design and use of order sets, with a focus on workflow design, and evidence-based practices to improve overall patient outcomes through enhanced technology and workflow process improvements. Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Ability to travel up to 50% but remains flexible to additional travel assignments as needs identified. 3 years of clinical experience in a variety of areas (Nursing Preferred) Preferred Job Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nurising or healthcare related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered. Licensure in home state or compact licensure.
