MUST be comfortable with cardiac drips including: Cardizem, Dopamine, dobutamine, milrinone, amiodarone, Lasix and heparin. Ratios: 1:5-6. 36 Hours ONLY Can Be Supported Unit will accept contracts from 13 weeks up to March 15, 2025 (hard stop) to get the Unit through the Holidays Shift: 3 x 12 HOUR NIGHTS; 18:45 - 07:15 RTO: 7 days MAX for Aya Auto Offer Float Requirement: Yes, to other telemetry units. Weekend Requirement: 4 Weekend Days in a 6-week time track. PATIENT DIAGNOSES: They may get various types of patients requiring telemetry monitoring including chest pain, arrhythmias, pacemaker, or defibrillator. They work with a heart failure navigator. UNIT SYSTEMS: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR UNIT ORIENTATION: 36 hours of orientation SCRUBS: Not provided – Navy Job Requirements Certs: ACLS, BCLS Must pass EKG Testing prior to start for this specialty. UNIT SYSTEMS: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR UNIT ORIENTATION: 36 hours of orientation Additional Details AHA or American Red Cross Only. AHA-RQI and AHA instructor cards are acceptable. MOAB is required for all ER and BH nurses. Traveler must score 82% or Higher on Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam. Three chances are given to pass before canceling.
