Ideally, you have experience with a variety of paint surfaces and materials and are comfortable using hand and power tools to get the job done. If you're ready to get started, apply today Responsibilities • Set the example of excellence and compliance to procedure and policy and ensure that co-workers are staying on task; utilizing time management to complete tasks in a timely fashion; producing quality results in keeping with expectations; communicating any personnel, safety, or property concerns to the appropriate person. • Use of power spray equipment • Experience using scissor and boom lifts • Build scaffolding when needed • Match and mix paint to job specifications • Coat painted surfaces with primer or sealer • Tidy the work area once the painting project is complete • Fill holes and cracks with putt, and sand away old paint to prepare surfaces for painting Qualifications • Stamina, standing for long periods of time, dexterity, and physical strength is required • Candidates should have strong time management, communication skills, and attention to detail • Applicant must have valid driver's license • We prefer candidates with 2 years work experience and a completed apprenticeship, but not required • Experience with painting tools and techniques is a big plus, but we are willing to train on the job for motivated candidates
