Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Data Cloud Architect with extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, data management, and integration to lead enterprise-level projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 7 years focused on Salesforce architecture, solutioning, and development. This role involves designing robust data models, implementing Salesforce Data Cloud, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative data solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and development of Salesforce Data Cloud projects to enable Customer 360 and advanced analytics capabilities. • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams to align Salesforce data models with business goals and architectural standards. • Architect integration solutions between Salesforce Data Cloud and other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity across platforms. • Establish and enforce data governance, security, and compliance practices, ensuring alignment with GDPR, CCPA, and other regulations. • Design and implement scalable data models within Salesforce to support business processes and reporting requirements. • Develop and manage ETL processes, leveraging tools like MuleSoft and Salesforce Data Loader. • Implement API frameworks, including REST and SOAP, to facilitate seamless data exchange between platforms. • Provide leadership in architecting microservices using Spring Boot, integrating with NoSQL databases like MongoDB. • Conduct workshops with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of business requirements and data strategy. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing expert guidance on code refactoring and performance tuning. • Manage production deployments using tools like Change Sets, ANT Migration, and Salesforce CLI. Required Qualifications • 10 years of IT industry experience, with a minimum of 7 years in Salesforce architecture and solutioning. • Experience architecting at least 3-4 Data Cloud projects using Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer 360). • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including Visualforce, Lightning, Apex, and data modeling. • Strong experience with integration tools like MuleSoft and APIs (REST/SOAP). • Expertise in Salesforce coding best practices and limitations of Apex coding. • Proven experience in managing onshore-offshore teams and coordinating with U.S.-based clients. • Proficiency in ETL tools such as Informatica, Boomi, and MuleSoft for data migration. • Strong understanding of database development, including SQL, PL/SQL, and stored procedures. • Solid understanding of admin setup, including user roles, profiles, and security settings. • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to design creative solutions. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in the healthcare domain. • Knowledge of Java/.NET platforms for integration. • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Dev 2, Application Architect, or System Architect. • Familiarity with analytics tools like Tableau, Einstein Analytics, and Marketing Cloud. Certifications • Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Dev 2). • Two or more Salesforce Architect-stream certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect). • Nice to have: Salesforce Advanced Admin (ADM301) or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant Certification.
