Certification Details Certifications required: BCLS Skills Required: Telemetry Job Details DCH is unable to accommodate RTO requests for the following holiday dates: 11/28, 11/29, 12/24, 12/25, 12/31, 1/1 Specialty: MS/Tele, 36 or 48 hours accepted for this position Med Surg & MS/Tele Ratios: 1:5/6 with occasional 1:7. This is a fast pace/high case load facility – please ensure candidates are cleared on the job requirements prior to submitting Experience Required: At least 1.5 years of recent Med Surg experience required, 2 years preferred First time travelers are accepted Every other weekend required Floating Required: Must be willing to float within specialty and between campuses (4.5 miles away) Perm staff must have been termed for 12 months and must be greater then 85 miles from the facility Experience with Meditech Expanse is covered during orientation Job Requirements At least 1.5 years of recent Med Surg experience required, 2 years preferred First time travelers are accepted Must pass cardiac exam during orientation Schedule Information MS/Tele, 36 or 48 hours accepted for this position Every other weekend required Unit Specific Information 5 North is a medical surgical unit Patient Diagnoses include COPD, HF, AMS, CVA, Cardiac Arrythmias, etc. Additional Details Holiday Dates where RTO requests can't be accommodated: 11/28, 11/29, 12/24, 12/25, 12/31, 1/1 OT is billed after 48hrs for candidates contracted for 48 hours Nursys: No hits are allowed.
