Printpack is seeking an HR Manager for their Villa Rica, GA plant location. This position will report to the HR Operations Manager. Hiring Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or Social Sciences, or equivalent work experience Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience, leading a team HRCI Certification desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Experience conducting employee relations discussions, conflict management, investigations, and coaching at all levels Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to analyze situations and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations Strong conflict resolution skills Working knowledge of HR systems and procedures Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors. Self-starter with the ability to independently prioritize the needs of the plant and the HR function Trusted resource and talent coach to support plant leadership Effective oral and written communication across multiple levels within the Organization Proficient analytical skills to assess and analyze talent analytics Business acumen Previous experience within a manufacturing environment Essential Functions: Guide and advise leaders regarding employee matters including performance coaching, Performance Improvement Plans, Individual Development Plans, Talent Reviews, succession planning, merit planning, etc. Manage complex employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, coaching managers, and the progressive discipline process Provide guidance on workforce planning which may include organizational re-design work, job description creation and analysis, promotions, etc. Plan and implement recruitment and selection efforts; educate hiring managers about the selection process; take proactive measures to ensure a diverse workforce and provide recommendations on hiring decisions Lead the annual performance review process and coach managers on providing constructive feedback identifying high potential performers and coaching underperforming associates Design and implement HR programs to support Printpack culture and support the engagement survey Lead HR team to support aligned business units and be responsible for the guidance and professional development of team members
