Well established OC based law firm targeting a Trust Litigation Attorney to join the team Role is onsite Orange County office We serve clients throughout California in a variety of different practice areas including trust and estate litigation, business litigation, insurance coverage and defense, construction litigation, business counseling and transactions, estate planning, architect and engineer representation, and employment law. Job Duties: Research and draft initial petitions and responsive pleadings Research and prepare motions, written discovery, mediation materials, and trial documents Appear in court for contested and uncontested hearings Interact with clients and opposing counsel in a courteous and thoughtful manner Meet or exceed the required annual billable hours
