Human Resources Manager My client seeks an HR Manager who will serve as a pivotal connector and problem-solver across HR and business functions. In this role, you’ll act as an advocate for employees and a strategic advisor to management, leveraging your HR expertise to enhance business performance and culture. Why You Should Apply: Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 , depending on experience Comprehensive benefits package , including medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) matching, performance bonuses, and paid time off Tuesday-Saturday schedule , with in-office days on Tuesday and Thursday Opportunity to work hands-on in operations, supporting a dynamic HR function across multiple properties Responsibilities: Create and document streamlined HR processes and manage HRIS data entries Coordinate onboarding, payroll setup, and final paycheck processing in partnership with Payroll Process insurance claims and employee terminations, ensuring compliance and efficiency Maintain precise employee records and update documents as needed Serve as an HR consultant, supporting management with performance management processes and best practices Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience 5 years HR Management experience required Experience with HRIS systems, particularly TriNet, is highly beneficial Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in data management Skilled in building relationships and providing strategic HR advice Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
