Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and be licensed to practice in North Carolina. This position requires handling cases involving divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and other family-related legal matters. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and property division. Provide legal counsel and draft documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, and orders. Attend court hearings, mediations, and negotiations on behalf of clients. Conduct legal research and stay updated on North Carolina family law developments. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies. Maintain clear communication with clients, offering compassionate and effective legal guidance. Manage multiple cases with attention to deadlines and detail. Qualifications: Licensed to practice law in North Carolina. Valid membership in the North Carolina State Bar. A minimum of 2 years of experience practicing family law. Strong understanding of North Carolina family law statutes and procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
