Together, we’ll continue to create and deliver content that reflects the current and ever-changing face of the world Job Description: Summary: The Maintenance Reliability Manager provides maintenance reliability support for existing and new theme park attractions (rides and shows) and is responsible for ensuring the reliability and maintainability of various theme park attractions to increase uptime and equipment availability. Duties include, providing technical support to the maintenance team, lead Root Cause Failure Analysis, establish, monitor, optimize preventative and predictive maintenance plans and execute corrective actions to address complex problems. This role has exposure to multiple rides and shows systems spanning multiple decades, each with unique challenges. This role has a 5-day workweek onsite. Limited offsite/remote work may be allowed with prior approval. The role may include nights and/or weekends as required to achieve goals. Responsibilities: Champion the development and enhancement of reliability processes to elevate performance, reduce downtime and maintenance costs. Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and implement corrective actions for complex and/or repetitive issues. Formulate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of preventive maintenance activities and gauge inventory metrics. Initiate, supervise, and refine Preventative and Predictive Maintenance Plans. Conduct asset criticality assessments for current equipment and spare parts inventory. Identify optimal maintenance methodologies tailored for specific assets or equipment types. Observe and evaluate the operational performance of equipment systems to verify the success of Maintenance Strategies. Enhance preventive and predictive maintenance protocols based on performance indicators. Develop strategic roadmaps to an effective Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) program. Implement risk assessment and risk mitigation methodologies (such as FMEA, RCA, or RCM). Review and analyze engineering designs and design modifications to achieve reliability and efficiency. Evaluate, recommend, and acquire tools for use, including process analysis software, and other physical tools and resources specific to reliability and maintenance improvement. Qualifications: Qualifications/Requirements 5-7 years of experience as a reliability professional with focus on maintenance reliability. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial), science, or technical fields. Mechanical Engineering Degree is preferred. Working knowledge of Maximo CMMS. Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be able to communicate technical concepts to all levels of employees and management effectively. Must be a self-starter, team player, work well with others and have a positive attitude. Must be a creative thinker, results oriented, focused, and attentive to detail and accuracy. Must have ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines. Sharp, quick, dedicated, and innovative problem solver. Understanding of reliability and improvement concepts, including DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve Control. Ability & willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays with short notice.
