Immediate need for a talented Project Manager (Junior). This is a 23months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Baltimore, MD (Hybrid). Key Responsibilities: A Project Manager Jr. assists in the planning, execution, and completion of projects under the guidance of a senior project manager. They play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Assisting in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinating project activities and ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule. Monitoring project progress and identifying and addressing issues or risks. Communicating with team members, stakeholders, and senior management to provide updates on project status. Assisting in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations. Supporting the implementation of project management best practices and processes. Managing project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets. Providing administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings and taking minutes. Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools. Supporting the development and maintenance of relationships with external partners and vendors. Project Managers Jr. should have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. They should also be proficient in project management software and tools. Will be working in office Tuesday-Thursday and remote Monday & Friday. Flexible hours but must be able to log in between 7 and 7:30 am to complete check-in. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key Skills: Coordinating with Vendors, Follow up with customers and other teams Proficient with word excel and outlook Experience talking to customers Organization skills Can multi-task Adapt easily Driven and independent Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft Will be willing to learn and use internal CSM systems (Oracle).
