Overview IST Management is seeking a Legal Office Services Associate for the downtown Chicago team The Legal Office Services Associate will be mainly responsible for providing Corporate mailroom services, in addition to copy, scanning, print and other administrative support services on-site daily. IST Management has also been included in the INC 5000 list Check out istmanagement.com for more info on us Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, 401k, Paid Time Off, 7 paid holidays, Pet Insurance and Bonus Incentives Hourly Co mpensation: $16.50-17.00 USD (DOE) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: Mailroom services, to include: processing outbound packages via FedEx and UPS, processing/scanning/sorting/delivery of mail and packages throughout firm to appropriate client personnel, shipping and receiving, vendor relations (USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc.), ordering supplies Scan/Copy/Print services, to include: utilizing duplication equipment to produce copies of files and documents, copy projects as assigned, digitizing documents, filing away documents and papers as necessary, scanning documents into digital files, basic scanning tasks Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines Take direction from supervisor or site manager Participate in cross-training Perform other tasks as assigned Qualifications Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred Relevant experience in mailroom, copy, or scan services a plus Professional appearance and demeanor; Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Competency in performing multiple functional tasks; Ability to meet employer's attendance policy; Access to reliable transportation to and from work Ability to lift 50 pounds IST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
