Job Details Job Location Atlanta, Ga 30318 - Atlanta, GA Field Marketing Coordinator Willy's Mexicana Grill and Howlin' Willy's Hot Chicken are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for executing marketing programs at the local level, with the goal of increasing brand awareness and driving catering sales within our trade areas. The Field Marketing Coordinator will work closely with marketing leadership to identify and capitalize on community engagement opportunities, plan and attend events, and support social media efforts through content creation. Key Responsibilities Local Marketing Execution: Implement localized marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement within each trade area. Tailor strategies to fit community demographics, events, and cultural nuances. Community Engagement & Partnerships: Research and identify community events, organizations, and businesses within each market that align with brand values. Develop partnerships to promote Willy's Mexicana Grill and Howlin' Willy's Hot Chicken and build a strong presence in each area. Event Planning & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and attend local events (e.g., festivals, catering tastings, pop-up events) to represent and promote the brands. Ensure smooth event setup and engagement maintaining high standards of brand representation. Sales Support for Catering: Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations to drive catering sales. Develop and execute creative outreach initiatives to introduce Willy's and Howlin' Willy's catering options to the community. Trade Area Analysis: Conduct research to identify marketing opportunities specific to each trade area. Prepare presentations for marketing leadership on potential partnerships, sponsorships, and events to expand brand presence and reach. Social Media Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging, on-brand content for social media platforms. Highlight events, community engagements, and catering offerings to attract followers and encourage customer interaction. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of local marketing efforts. Track key metrics to evaluate ROI on events, community partnerships, and catering sales initiatives, providing insights for future planning. May perform other duties as assigned. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable building relationships with community members, event organizers, and local businesses. Ability to identify relevant local opportunities and present findings effectively. Proficient in social media platforms and content creation tools; experience with social media marketing is a plus. Ability to work independently and travel locally to various trade areas and events. Must be highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment. Must have reliable transportation. Additional Information This role will require flexibility in hours, including occasional evenings and weekends to accommodate events and community engagements. This position requires a minimum of 4 days a week in-market travel (stores throughout Atlanta, Cartersville, Athens, and Peachtree City).
