In this pivotal position, you will be instrumental in establishing and expanding our centralized Data and Analytics (DA) practice, a new business function dedicated to driving innovation and growth through the power of data. You will lead a dynamic team of data scientists and analysts, guiding their development and deployment to maximize their potential. Your responsibilities will include defining best practices in analytics and reporting, developing cutting-edge analytic products, and managing vendor partnerships to enhance our capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare analytics, demonstrating proficiency with statistical models, predictive analytics, and applications of ML and AI within a healthcare setting. We are looking for individuals with a Bachelor's degree; a Master's or advanced degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare analytics. A proven track record in creating successful analytic solutions and experience in consulting or professional services related to data and analytics for healthcare clients is essential. The right candidate will have fluency in core statistical models and techniques, a deep understanding of healthcare data and systems, and the ability to be hands-on while effectively leading a team.
