Job Title : Financial Reporting Analyst (Mutual Funds) Job Category: Financial Services/Banking Contract: 4 months Pay Rate range: $50-52/hour (eligible for OT) Location: Fully On-Site in Bostonm MA Initially, Hybrid After Ramp-Up. Overview: We from Russell Tobin, on behalf of our client in the banking and financial industry, is seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Specialist with a strong background in mutual funds and investment services to join their Funds Financial Reporting Administration team on a contract basis. This role focuses on reviewing financial statements, securities, and derivatives, ensuring compliance with reporting standards. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of mutual funds, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal training. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & Review Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge Collaboration & Communication Documentation & Reporting Qualifications: Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA is preferred. Experience: Minimum 6 years in financial reporting or audit, specifically within the investment management industry, mutual funds, or financial services. Technical Skills: Familiarity with State Street systems is a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and adaptability for switching between tasks. Supervisory Experience: Not required, but beneficial for understanding and reviewing reporting processes. Contract Details: Duration: 4 months (with potential for extension depending on approval)
