Find your joy here, at The Addison of Gwinnett Park, a 94 apartment Assisted Living and Memory Care community located in Lawrenceville, GA is in search of a Magnolia Trails Director (Activity Director) on our 46-apartment Memory Care unit. Ideal candidate will have experience working with residents with dementia and designing and providing social programming to residents. Eligibility based on location Magnolia Trails Director Responsibilities include: Design and provide social programming for Residents who live on the Magnolia Trail unit (Memory Care). Assures implementation of the Magnolia Trails program pillars, policies and procedures Participates with the management team in the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, supervision, evaluation, and disciplinary process of community employees. Develops and implements sales/marketing plans with the Executive Director and Sales Team to accomplish occupancy targets. Coordinates community, Resident units, common areas, and adjacent grounds with Maintenance Director and Executive Director. Administrates, coordinates, and directs all activities in accordance with policies and procedures. Qualifications: Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification. Experience in providing social programming to seniors. Healthcare setting preferred. College credits required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
