We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead projects from inception through completion. Job Overview: The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of structural steel projects, including managing shop drawings, coordinating fabrication schedules, and overseeing the erection and installation process. Strong task management and prioritization skills are critical for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Shop Drawing Management: Lead the submittal and approval process for shop drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications. Fabrication Schedule Management: Develop, update, and maintain the fabrication schedule to ensure all components are fabricated according to project timelines and quality standards. Erection & Installation Schedule Management: Coordinate with the erection team to create and maintain an effective installation schedule, ensuring alignment with project milestones. Task Management: Effectively prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and manage resources efficiently. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure all project requirements and deadlines are understood and met. Quality Control: Ensure all project work adheres to industry standards and company quality requirements. Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and address potential issues or conflicts in project schedules or deliverables. Requirements: Minimum of [3] three years of experience in project management within commercial construction, preferably in structural steel. Demonstrated experience managing construction drawings, schedules, and installation processes. Excellent task management and prioritization skills. Strong communication and organizational skills.
