Job Title: Estimator - Steelwork Location: Atlanta, Georgia Salary: $100k - $130k The Company Our client is a full-service AISC steel fabricator and erector, specializing in the design, fabrication, and installation of structural steel for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. They are dedicated to delivering high-quality structural solutions with precision and efficiency, from pre-construction through to final installation. They prioritize innovation, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence in every project we complete. Responsibilities. Create estimates for Steelwork projects by working with different teams to ensure smooth coordination in fabrication, purchasing, and installation. Estimate costs based on structural drawings and manage bids with a good understanding of steel fabrication standards. Help field teams with estimates for Change Orders, RFPs, and clarify RFIs. Prepare detailed cost estimates, including quantity take-offs, line-item summaries, and subcontractor breakdowns.
