Job Title: Global Head of Training Location: Portland (Oregon/US), Manila, Guatemala City, or Nairobi Reports to: COO Position Overview: The Global Head of Training will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training and development that aligns with Prialto’s global business objectives. This role will focus on creating interactive learning experiences, leveraging innovative learning platforms, and ensuring standardized processes across all roles within the organization. The position is critical to drive collaboration across different centers, from Portland to Guatemala, the Philippines, and Kenya, ensuring consistency and excellence in training delivery. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (master's degree preferred). · 10 years of work experience, with 5 years in a senior training leadership role and a focus on global or multinational environments. · Proven experience in leveraging innovative learning platforms and technologies. · Strong understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and interactive training methods. · Demonstrated success in developing and standardizing training programs across diverse regions. · Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. · Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other digital training tools. · Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. · Willingness to travel internationally as required. · Experience with gamification, and other interactive training methods · Experience in cross-center collaboration and global team management. · Certification in training and development Responsibilities: · Develop and execute a global training strategy that aligns with the company's goals and promotes continuous learning across all regions. · Design, implement, and regularly update innovative training programs utilizing interactive technologies, virtual classrooms, and blended learning approaches. Existing multi-day programs include Productivity Assistant (PA), Team Captain (TC), Team Lead (TL), Prialto Overview, and Engagement Management (EM/IM) courses. Additional programs include Prialto University for Management & Leadership courses, Microsoft skills, and Technology Training Tips. · Standardize training curricula and metrics to ensure consistent employee development and quality across the organization. · Drive collaboration among global training centers to share best practices and maintain a unified approach to training delivery. · Oversee the selection and integration of learning management system (LMS) and other digital platforms to enhance training capabilities. · Identify and assess training needs across the organization to ensure programs address key skill gaps and performance improvements. · Monitor and evaluate training outcomes globally, making data-driven adjustments to meet organizational standards. · Align training programs with career development paths to support employee growth and ensure readiness for future roles. · Lead and mentor a high-performing global training team, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. · Report on training effectiveness to the executive team and provide strategic recommendations for ongoing development and improvement.
