PPC Specialist We are looking for a talented Performance Marketer to join our team. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for creating and executing a solid performance marketing strategy. You will be developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns, managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC. You will ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs and identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics. Responsibilities : Primary responsibilities include building and executing advertising campaigns across global paid media channels. You will be responsible for all aspects of paid media advertising, including budgeting, forecasting, strategy and planning, targeting, the building of campaigns, ad copywriting, A/B testing, negative keyword management, bidding management, and optimizations to ensure the best possible ROI and exceed monthly lead goals. Perform keyword research and forecasting for current and new campaigns. Develop and implement ad copy for campaigns. Develop and communicate strategic, creative paid advertising campaigns, accelerating lead generation and brand awareness. Display an understanding of business concepts to identify campaign expansion opportunities. Examine landing pages for relevance and quality; recommend search engine-friendly design and SEO optimizations. Manage paid media project timelines. Make sure platform conversion and remarketing tags are correctly placed and are tracking correctly. Implement accurate conversion tracking on all assigned search campaigns via Google Tag Manager (GTM) or Google Analytics (GA) Utilize website analytics to perform analysis for optimizing paid search campaign performance. Perform search/social marketing competitive analysis using our industry tools. Solid communication skills to effectively present strategic and tactical plans to internal teams Manage relationships with search engines and technology partners while staying current with industry trends. Requirements: Prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels. Solid campaign and channel analysis and reporting expertise, including Google Analytics experience. Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendationsHighly goal-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver.
