Job Title: Solar Installer Job Description We are seeking an experienced Commercial Solar Installer to work on a string of projects installing solar systems on commercial roof tops. The role involves working on several different sites and requires 2-3 years of commercial install experience. The contractors will be responsible for installing equipment, connecting pipe, wiring equipment and associate circuit breakers. This will be two different job sites - working in Fremont and Santa Cruz. This is a project based role seeking local labor only - no travel will be compensated for. Responsibilities Ensuring successful installation of commercial solar systems Assembling PanelClaw racking systems Wiring equipment and circuit breakers Conduct site clean-up Handle electrical work Maintain a clean and safe job site. Working on roof top in all weather Essential Skills 1-3 years of experience on commercial solar installations. Fall protection certification. Knowledge of solar panel installation and electrical work. Proficiency in construction tasks related to solar installations Additional Skills & Qualifications ET card is a perk but not required. The dress code includes jeans, work boots, and a shirt without a logo. The job site is a commercial building, and maintaining a clean work environment is essential.
