Summit Medical Staffing Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing job in Medford, Oregon. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CVICU Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/16/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel $500 Travel Reimbursement EPIC medical record,B. Braun pumps, Avea ventilators, Gemstar epidural, Edwards and Phillips patient monitoring, Omnicell medication dispense. 2 years minimum critical care experience, post heart cath recovery and patient management, post op day 1 open heart surgery patient management, experience with long term ventilated patients, experience with swan ganz catheters, and vasoactive medication titration. TEA, Triple A and general surgery patient management. Travelers will not get fresh heart patients. Will float to ICU, IMCU, CVICU, ED first and then Medical Surgical, telemetry, post surgical, ortho neuro, and BHU RN Union Contract states traveler or agency nurses float prior to regularly employed staff. Traveler RN may float to any floor. If they float to med-surg, they are there as a resource nurse and may take a reduced assignment. Nurse to patient ratio of this unit.
