Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support State License 1 Verification Job Details We are seeking an experienced inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to: Work on a recently renovated 12-bed neuroscience critical care unit with the opportunity to support both IMC and ICU level of care. Care for adult patients with a variety of neurology, neurosurgical and stroke conditions that can include ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, traumatic brain injuries, hydrocephalus, cerebral aneurysm, and other neurovascular diseases. Utilize strong critical thinking skills and provide interventions that may include vasoactive drips, hemodynamic monitoring, feeding tubes, drains, frequent assessments, and more. Work with a dynamic and supportive team of nurses that are an integral part of our nationally recognized neuroscience programs committed to providing expert care. Job Requirements ICU experience required. Neurosurgery experience preferred. Must be willing to work with ICU and IMC patient populations. Traveler must have completed two years of acute care experience within the last 3 years. Traveler must have WI nursing license or compact license from their permanent address state. Traveler must have Basic Arrhythmia experience. Traveler will be required to pass Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start (not for clinic positions). Schedule Information This req is to extend current traveler: [Sensitive Information Removed]. Current assignment dates: 10/7/24 - 1/4/25. Floating - Travelers are the first. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs and/or different locations within the organization. Unit Specific Information Assigned to a 12-bed neuroscience critical care unit within a nationally recognized neuroscience program. Additional Details Traveler’s permanent address must be 50 miles from assigned primary work site location.
