Our Primary Care team is seeking a (BC/BE) Internal Medicine Physician or Family Medicine Physician to join our forward-thinking, patient-focused practices in the greater Boston area and surrounding communities. Collaborate with esteemed clinicians and specialists from a renowned hospital, contributing to our Center of Excellence in Primary Care. Our clinics prioritize patient-centered, team-based care and education, utilizing advanced analytics for population health management. We advocate for comprehensive patient care through multidisciplinary teams, expanding services and embracing a holistic approach. Engage in patient-centric practice within a supportive team environment and adopt a value-based approach to population health management. We offer flexible scheduling options, accommodating both part-time and full-time (8 sessions/week) schedules across multiple locations. As a Primary Care Physician with us, you can expect: Extended appointment times of 30 minutes per patient and a manageable panel size target (under 2,000 patients). Competitive compensation, including a structured 3-year ramp-up period and sign-on bonuses where applicable. Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Current, unrestricted Massachusetts medical license, including MCSR and DEA. Strong communication skills and effective time management.
