Certification Details BCLS Chemo State License 1 Verification ONS chemo certification (if applicable) Job Details 12 NIGHTS- No set no block schedule. ONC/PCU experience required. RN will be interviewed and placed in the service line based on their background and skill level/experience. Job Requirements ONS chemo certification and/or at least 1 yr inpatient hematology-oncology experience is required (could be BMT, acute leuk, or general Hem Onc). If no heme background candidate must have multiple travel assignment completions with no less than 2yrs inpatient RN experiences. Special Procedures/Unit Details: Hematology, Oncology, ICU, PCU, Medical, Pulmonary, Surgical Schedule Information Shift: 12 NIGHTS. Ratio: 1:5 Unit Specific Information Preferred Certs: BCLS Skills: IV STARTS, TELE Special Procedures/Unit Details Additional Details Residency Declaration Form required if candidate is using a compact license from any state other than Ohio.
