We are looking for a full-time, in-office, creative, motivated, and skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team and help elevate our brand through engaging and high-quality content across social media platforms. As the Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive online traffic. You will create, curate, and manage content across multiple platforms, ensuring it aligns with our brand's voice and goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for content creation, a keen eye for photography and videography, and the ability to analyze performance data to continually improve strategies. This Is An In-Office-Only Position - No Remote Applicants. Responsibilities: • Content Creation & Management: Create and curate engaging, high-quality content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn. • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth. • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and YouTube Analytics. Regularly report on key metrics and adjust strategies as needed. • Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely and authentic manner to build relationships. • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, especially within the real estate sector. • Collaborative Marketing Support: Work closely with the marketing team to assist in the promotion of new listings, price reductions, and open house events through digital and printed advertising. • Photography & Videography: Use your skills to capture high-quality photos and videos for use across social media platforms. • Creative Input: Collaborate with the team, providing creative input and new ideas for campaigns, content, and marketing strategies. Qualifications: • Proven experience in social media marketing and management, with a track record of successful content creation and engagement. • Strong skills in photography and videography, with a keen eye for visually compelling content. • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative applications. • Knowledge of SEO practices and social media analytics. • Experience working with traditional, digital, and video media files. • Ability to engage with people online and build strong social media communities. • A self-starter mindset with a proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Ability to take direction while bringing fresh ideas and creative suggestions to the table.
