Applicants must be adept at building multi-year cultivation and stewardship plans, autonomously managing a complex donor portfolio, and have the ability to mentor or manage other development staff. The role demands an individual with exceptional relationship building skills, the ability to influence and tailor approaches to diverse donors, and a comprehensive understanding of philanthropic trends. The Senior Managing Director will be a key figure in the Field Fundraising team, with a significant focus on local donor engagement.
