Your expertise will be crucial in active portfolio management and crafting sound credit recommendations for new transactions while ensuring adherence to both regulatory and internal policy requirements. You will take charge of identifying and mitigating credit risks whilst staying updated on sector trends and regulatory changes. Collaborating closely with senior members of the business line, you will play a vital role in structuring transactions and overseeing legal documentation. To thrive in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or a relevant field, along with a minimum of 6 years of experience in credit and risk management. A deep understanding of corporate credit analysis, various loan structures, and risk management issues is essential. Familiarity with the regulatory landscape is also important. Your strong communication skills will allow you to effectively collaborate with a variety of stakeholders while your proactive approach to risk management will drive success.
