Collaborating closely with senior members of the business line, you will play a vital role in structuring transactions and overseeing legal documentation. To thrive in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or a relevant field, along with a minimum of 6 years of experience in credit and risk management. A deep understanding of corporate credit analysis, various loan structures, and risk management issues is essential. Familiarity with the regulatory landscape is also important.
