About the Role Join our dynamic team as the Vice President of Portfolio Operations and Procurement. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead significant value creation and transformation initiatives across our diverse portfolio of companies. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic vision and a proven ability to drive complex changes with expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement, operations, and supply chain management. Your responsibilities will include: Implementing value creation plans in sourcing and procurement. Enhancing the performance of portfolio companies to meet financial and operational KPIs. Collaborating closely with deal teams, management, and consultants to identify opportunities for improvement. The successful candidate will have 10-20 years of progressive leadership experience, complemented by a background in both consulting and in-house transformations. Experience in the private equity sector focusing on EBITDA improvement, particularly for low growth or maturing companies, is critical. Key qualifications include: A diverse industry background with experience in carve-outs, stand-ups, and merger integrations. A strong track record of identifying value levers and driving measurable results. Exceptional project management and execution skills. The ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels. Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
