Commercial Loan Servicing Director The Commercial Servicing Manager manages experienced professionals working to ensure all documents, signatures and supporting information are complete and in compliance with all rules and regulations governing loan processing. This job implements policies and strategies for short-term (1 year or less) results within the Servicing team and ensures implementation of best practices to verify that all individual client information is complete and accurate. This job also oversees the continual efforts by team members to maintain accurate system records, payment postings, legal documents and customer communication. Key Responsibilities and Duties Manages Servicing team efforts to process transactions and documents for loans in the portfolio. Verifies team members maintain delinquent payment files, process payoffs, and review documents and reports for completeness and accuracy. Oversees review of escrow account calculations and disbursements. Provides oversight on the uploading of new loans and completion of file maintenance in loan database. Manages the organization of the paid notes including releasing collateral. Ensures team members are supported and are able to provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries relative to loan files, account balances, loan balances, payoff requests, etc. Influences other internal departments outside of Servicing regarding policies, practices and procedures. Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional products and engagement, motivation, and development of team. Educational Requirements University (Degree) Preferred Work Experience 5 Years Required; 7 Years Preferred Physical Requirements Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work Career Level 9PL This role will be responsible for managing the boarding and servicing of commercial loans in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) space focusing on working capital lines of credit, equipment finance, commercial real estate, public finance Loans, commercial loans, industrial loans & agricultural loans. Additional Responsibilities Responsible for performing a comprehensive review of legal and other booking/boarding documents prior to boarding. Responsible for accurately boarding new loans in Loan Servicing System Responsible for accurately performing advances, disbursements, and other servicing activities through duration of loan. Preferred Qualifications 7 years of diverse C&I loan closing and servicing experience and in-depth, expert knowledge of associated loan documentation. 5 years of leadership experience. Significant, demonstratable experience related to appropriate servicing system data entries needed to properly align servicing system financial processing outcomes to the intended financial structure of the loan. Experience with systems used to service C&I loans. FIS servicing systems desired but not required. Hybrid work is a minimum of four days a week, one flexible day for remote work.
