Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/16/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel Travel rate is available for local travelers if their start date is on or before 12/16. RTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR MUST WORK A MINIMUM OF 2 OF THE HOLIDAYS &&& UNIT MANAGER is willing to work with staff if they have emergent situations and need additional RTO, as long as they are willing to make it up at the end of their contract &&& REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years. (accept 1.5 w/ strong experience) Travel experience: UNIT WILL Accept 1st timer. Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes Skills: IV Start and Telemetry. Certs: BLS JOB DETAILS: Target Ratios: 1:6. Unit will accept contracts from 8 weeks up to March 15, 2025 (hard stop) to get the Unit through the Holidays 36 or 48 Hours can be offered.
