Certification Details AHA BLS ACLS State License 1 Verification Job Details Cleveland Clinic- South Pointe Hospital – Med/Surg Tele RN. Night shifts, 3 -12 hour shifts. Minimum of 18 mos recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Must have at least 18mos PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Traveler must work at least every other holiday. PBDS Assessment – waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked.
