Graduation from an accredited school of Surgical Technology Experience: N/A Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS Certification with a designation of either BLS Provider or Healthcare Provider from either the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, or Military Training Network. Additional Details To qualify as a traveler, the perm address of the traveler must be more than 50 miles away from the facility.
